Museum Piece
The idea behind these paintings is to find new ways of showing multiple images in one painting. This is because we are living in a world, in which we are continually bombarded by images, and slogans, that our brains have to analyze and comprehend.
With these experimental collages, I hope to make people more conscious of the content (meaning) behind the combinations of images in the finished painting.
Collectable
Smaller paintings that are sometimes used as studies for larger pieces. The emphasis here is on the painterly process itself. These paintings are generally painted After Nature, and are a welcome change from working in the studio.
